What is a giant screen for events
Giant screens for events turn any venue into a show: a huge, frameless picture with brightness and contrast no television can match. At LEDLEMON we rent, install and operate them all over Spain —concerts, festivals, trade shows, conferences, sport and corporate events— with a technician in charge throughout the day.
A giant screen is a modular LED screen: it is built from modules that slot together, so its size is not limited by a fixed panel. It can be 3×2 metres at a conference or more than 6 metres wide on a festival stage, and it always delivers one continuous picture, with no seams or bezels cutting through the content.
Compared with a projector or a wall of TVs, it wins where it matters at an event: brightness (visible in full sun), contrast (deep blacks, vivid colours) and scale (as big as the venue needs). That is why it is the standard format on big stages and the highest-impact option at trade shows, conferences and sports events.

How much does it cost to rent a giant screen
Rental is priced by square metres of screen and number of days, plus the city, the type of structure and whether the setup is indoors or outdoors. As a rough guide it is around €125/m² per day, and the second and following days are cheaper because assembly and transport are already done.

Giant screens for watching football and sport
A giant LED screen in a bar, on a terrace or in a square turns every match into an outing: people stop watching at home when they can enjoy it big, with atmosphere and at a size no TV can reach. For bars, restaurants, supporters' clubs, fan zones, squares and town councils it pays off directly:
- Fills the venue on big match days: they concentrate a lot of demand, and the big screen decides where people gather.
- Sets you apart from the competition: the bar with the biggest screen is the one that fills up.
- Rented by the day: for one match, a weekend or a whole competition, with no upfront investment and the screen operated by us.

TraderLab Academy conference · Hotel Meliá Avenida de América, Madrid
We have been setting up giant screens for events all over Spain for years, from start to finish: transport, structure, rigging and levelling, video processor and a technician in charge all day. One example is the TraderLab Academy conference, in the main hall of the Hotel Meliá Avenida de América in Madrid: more than 200 attendees and an LED screen 5 metres wide by 2.5 metres high, model P3.9, installed and operated by our team throughout the event.
That same all-inclusive service is what we bring to any event: we finalise the configuration on the venue's real dimensions, then install and operate until dismantling.

Two decisions shape the result: the size, depending on the venue and capacity, and the pitch or resolution —the distance between pixels—, which sets the sharpness depending on how close the audience is. For rentals we mostly work with these formats:

Before quoting we check the audience distance, ambient light and content, so you don't pay for resolution or size that can't be appreciated at that distance.

The screen arrives in modules: we put up the structure, rig and level it, connect it to the video processor and a technician operates it throughout the event. When it's over, we dismantle it and take all the equipment away.
You bring the content; we take care of the rest.

Questions about giant screen rental
How much does it cost to rent a giant screen?
Per-day packs start from €750 (VAT not included) with transport, setup and technician. The final price depends on the screen area (rough guide: around €125/m² per day), the number of days, the city, the structure and whether it is indoors or outdoors; the second day is cheaper.
Does the rental include assembly and a technician?
Yes. The rate includes transport, assembly and dismantling, video processor, cabling and a LEDLEMON technician who operates the screen throughout the event.
Can it be set up outdoors?
Yes. We have high-brightness, weatherproof screens for outdoor use, visible in full sun and ready for stages, festivals and open-air events. For indoors we use fine-pitch modules with greater sharpness at short range.
How big can the screen be?
It is modular, so we build it to fit the venue: from a few square metres for a stand to more than 6 metres wide on a stage. We adjust the width and height to your space.
Do you rent giant screens in Madrid and the rest of Spain?
Yes. We work all over Spain and plan transport, setup and technical support around the venue and the date. In Madrid, for example, we set up the screen for the TraderLab Academy conference at the Hotel Meliá Avenida de América.
Can I rent sound and lighting too?
Yes. The Screen + Sound Pack (from €999 per day) adds professional sound equipment and a sound technician, and the Full Pack (from €1,500 per day) adds a larger-format screen and stage lighting.
How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better, especially in high season. We recommend getting in touch at least 2-3 weeks ahead to secure equipment and a technician on your date.
