What size and resolution to choose
Two decisions shape the result: the size (based on venue and capacity) and the pitch or resolution (the distance between pixels, which defines sharpness according to how close the audience is). As a guide:
- Indoor and close audience (conferences, stands, presentations): fine pitch P2.6 indoor, so the picture does not pixelate a few metres away.
- Outdoor and long distance (stages, fan zones, outdoor sport): P3.9 high brightness, visible in full sunlight.
- Curved or wrap-around shapes: flexible panels that adapt to columns, arches and non-flat set designs.
Before quoting we check the audience distance, the ambient light and the content, so you don't pay for a resolution or a size that cannot be appreciated at that distance.
How much a giant screen for your event costs
The quote is calculated from the square metres of screen and the days, plus the city, the type of structure and whether the setup is indoor or outdoor. As a reference, it is around €100/m² per day, with the second day cheaper, and the fixed packs start from €799 per day with logistics and technician included.
