RGB LED GROUP S.L. is the controller of the personal data collected through the websites of its brands LedLemon, EsportLED and Dreamlux.
Through the quote or contact form on this website we collect the data the user provides: name, contact details (email or telephone), project location and the technical characteristics of the product or service requested.
For security reasons, when the form is submitted the IP address is processed together with an automatic anti-spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile), which requires no challenge to be solved and does not identify the user.
We do not collect personal data through tracking cookies or undeclared third parties. See the Cookie Policy for more information.
The data provided is processed in order to:
a) Prepare and send the quote or information requested by the user.
b) Maintain communications related to that request.
c) Comply with applicable legal obligations.
The legal basis for processing is the performance of pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, for commercial communications, the data subject's consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). The anti-spam check is based on the controller's legitimate interest in protecting its systems (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Data is kept for as long as a commercial or pre-contractual relationship with the user exists and, in any case, for the periods required by tax and commercial law.
RGB LED GROUP S.L. does not transfer personal data to third parties except where legally required. To provide the service it uses the following providers, which act as processors under the GDPR:
Analytics tools (Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity) are only loaded if the user accepts analytics cookies; see the Cookie Policy.
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to any of the email addresses listed in section 1 or to the controller's address, enclosing a copy of their ID document. They also have the right to withdraw consent at any time and to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
RGB LED GROUP S.L. applies the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security of personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access.
