01 · why LED
Why choose an LED screen for your event in Madrid?
At LEDLEMON we have been installing LED screens for events in Madrid for years. We know the city's hotels, auditoriums and convention centres, and we manage the entire process: transport, assembly, technical configuration and support during the event.
A large-format LED screen transforms any room into a high-impact visual space. Compared to projectors or conventional LCD screens, LED technology offers clear advantages:
Slide to compare. With the room lights on, the projector looks washed out; the LED screen doesn't.
- Image visible in any lighting conditionswith no degradation from the room's ambient lighting.
- No size limitfrom 2×1 m for small-room presentations to 10×5 m giant screens for large congresses.
- Precise colours and exceptional contrastideal for corporate content, financial graphics and brand videos.
- Connection to a computer, console or streaming systemwithout complex configurations.
- Assembly and dismantling handled by LEDLEMONso the client doesn't have to deal with any technical aspect.

Real case: Meliá Avenida de América Hotel, Madrid
A good example of our work in Madrid is the installation we carried out for the TraderLab Academy event, held on 12 and 13 September at the Meliá Avenida de América Hotel.

We brought together over 200 attendees in the hotel's main hall, where we installed an LED screen measuring 5 metres wide by 2.5 metres high, an outdoor P3.9 model.
Although this model is designed for outdoor installations, it adapted perfectly to the hotel auditorium, offering:
- Sharp resolution for presentations with detailed graphics and data.
- Exceptional brightness and contrast, visible from any point in the room.
- Total versatility: the screen was used for talks, corporate videos and live streams.
The result was an immersive visual experience that reinforced the professional image of the event and made communication easier with all the attendees in the room.
From here, the screen takes up 21° of your view and looks sharp: the P3.9 gives its best image from 3 – 4 m.
