A professional LED screen is a technical installation designed to work for years. That is why warranty and maintenance matter as much as price, brightness or resolution.
Base warranty: 2 years, extendable up to 5
The base warranty included in LEDLEMON's published rates is 2 years on defective parts. For specific projects it can be extended up to 5 years when expressly agreed in the proposal.
What should be in writing
- Model, pitch, brightness and IP rating.
- Installation, structure and commissioning.
- Warranty, conditions and possible extensions.
- Maintenance, support and spare parts.
- Manufacturing and installation deadlines.
Preventive and corrective maintenance
Preventive maintenance checks ventilation, sealing, power supplies, connectors, sensors, calibration and module condition. Corrective maintenance covers diagnosis and replacement when an issue appears.
Support and spare parts
An LED screen is made of modules, power supplies, control cards and cabinets. Compatible spare parts and technical support reduce downtime when a fault occurs.
