Frequently asked questions about the Gran Formato P6.6
How much does a Gran Formato P6.6 screen cost?
From 1,310 €/m² (VAT not included). It is the lowest price per square metre in our range. The final price is set per project depending on the square metres, the structure and installation. Financing and renting are available.
From what distance does a P6.6 look sharp?
Its optimal viewing distance is 6 metres. It is designed for what is seen from afar: at that distance and beyond, brightness and toughness matter more than pixel density.
What is the Gran Formato P6.6 used for?
For public spaces, façades, roadside monopoles and video scoreboards. It is the large chassis in our range: 960 × 960 mm of aluminium with six 480 × 320 mm modules.
Can it withstand the weather?
Yes. The module is an outdoor module and the chassis is sealed to IP65, with an operating temperature of −20 to +60 °C. 100 to 230 V AC power supply and Novastar control system.
What resolution does each cabinet give?
144 × 144 pixels per 960 × 960 mm cabinet, with six 480 × 320 mm modules of 72 × 48 pixels each, in a 2 × 3 grid.
How does it differ from the High Brightness P3.91?
Viewing distance. The P3.91 has 65,536 px/m² and reads well from 3 or 4 metres, on 500 × 500 and 500 × 1,000 mm cabinets. The P6.6 drops to 22,500 px/m², moves up to a 960 × 960 mm chassis and is designed to be read from 6 metres. Both are IP65 and deliver 6,500 cd/m².
