When an LED screen is going to be part of a regular setup, it is just as important as the product itself that the person who will use it knows perfectly how it works. That is why, in addition to supplying the screen, we offer personalized training and technical support so that the client can work with complete autonomy and peace of mind.
Many of our clients use the same screen at every event or performance, so they need to be able to set it up and take it down whenever necessary. In these cases, we provide personalized training in which we teach the entire process, answer questions, and ensure that the team can use it safely and confidently.
That is exactly what we did with Figa Flawas. We sold them the LED screen they use as visual support in their concerts and we took care of training their team so they could set it up whenever they needed.
