LED screens are built module by module, pixel by pixel.
When we see an LED screen working, it's easy to forget everything that goes on behind it. In reality, each screen starts as a set of small modules, usually 50 × 50 cm, which are assembled one by one during installation to form a single surface, regardless of the final size of the screen.
Inside each module there are hundreds or thousands of pixels. The distance between them, known as pitch, is what determines image quality: the closer they are, the higher definition the screen offers, especially when viewed from up close.
It's one of those details that makes a difference from the very beginning. In the end, a great screen is nothing more than the result of hundreds of small pieces working as one.
