Giant rental LED screens, set up and operated by us
At LEDLEMON we rent giant LED screens for events of any scale: from a concert or festival stage to a trade-show stand, a congress, a product launch or a wedding. We bring the equipment, set it up, configure it and a technician operates it throughout the event — you only worry about the content.
We work indoors and outdoors, with high-brightness screens visible in full sunlight and fine-pitch modules for short distances. Every setup is sized to fit the venue, the audience distance and the ambient light.

Which screen your event needs and what determines the price
The rental quote mainly depends on the screen area, duration, city, structure and whether the setup is indoors or outdoors. Before quoting, we check audience distance, ambient light and content so you do not pay for resolution or size you do not need.
Send us the date, city and approximate dimensions. We will propose a specific configuration and a fixed quote including logistics and operation.

The pitch (the distance between pixels) defines the sharpness according to how close the audience is. For a rental we mainly work with these formats:

How it works
1. Tell us about the event. Date, location, approximate dimensions and whether it's indoors or outdoors. 2. We send you a daily rate adjusted to the size and rental days. 3. We set up and operate. We arrive in advance, leave the screen ready and a technician controls it throughout the event.

Questions about LED screen rental
How much does it cost to rent an LED screen for an event?
The rate is calculated per day and depends on the screen size (m²), the number of days, whether it's indoors or outdoors and the complexity of the setup. Tell us the details of your event and we'll send you a closed quote, with no surprises.
Does the rental include assembly and a technician?
Yes. The rate includes transport, assembly and dismantling, video processor, cabling and a LEDLEMON technician who operates the screen throughout the event.
Can it be used outdoors?
Yes. We have high-brightness, weatherproof screens for outdoor use, visible in full sun and ready for stages, festivals and open-air events. For indoors we use fine-pitch modules with greater sharpness at short range.
What screen sizes are available?
We build the screen to fit the venue, from a few square metres for a stand to large surfaces for a stage. As it's modular, we adjust the width and height to your space.
How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better, especially in high season. We recommend getting in touch at least 2-3 weeks ahead to secure equipment and a technician on your date.
